1. Booking & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required on the due date to secure your date. Failure to pay the deposit on time will forfeit your date.
• The remaining amount must be paid 10 days before the event for planning purposes.
• If your event is within 10 working days, full payment is requiredas noted on the “due date”.
• If the deposit is not made as per the “due date”, you could forfeit your date.
• If any items are lost, broken, or damaged, there will be a replacement fee for that item of the specific amount.
• A refundable breakage deposit will be charged and returned to the client once everything is collected and all is in order.

2. Services

Frontrow Creatives provides event coordination, styling, decor, furniture hire, and on-the-day execution services in Johannesburg, South Africa. Information presented on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not create a binding agreement. A booking is only confirmed once Frontrow Creatives has provided written confirmation and any applicable terms or quotation have been agreed upon by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, and design elements, is the property of Frontrow Creatives and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

5. User Conduct
